Understanding Drug Therapy for ADHD
Stimulants and non-stimulants, what they change and what they do not, and what a client waiting for a diagnosis or titrating a dose is going through.
About the course
More clients arrive with an ADHD diagnosis, a referral in progress, or a prescription they are still adjusting to. This course covers the stimulant and non-stimulant medicines used for ADHD, what they change and what they leave untouched, the common side effects, and what a client is going through while waiting for an assessment or titrating a dose, so you can work alongside their treatment with confidence.
Written and taught by a practising pharmacist who is also a hypnotherapist and counsellor. No science background is needed.
